Walk-in passport offices in Manhattan, New York City
27 passport acceptance facilities in Manhattan: 27 listed as walk-in, 0 listed as appointment-required. Addresses, phone numbers and listing notes are from the U.S. State Department database (pulled October 27, 2026).
Manhattan's list is almost entirely USPS post office stations. The State Department database lists 27 of the 27 locations as walk-in or no appointment required. Walk-in hours at post offices are set locally and can change, so call before you go.
The New York County Clerk at 60 Centre Street is the one non-postal location. Its listing says no appointment is required and passport services run Tuesday and Thursday, 9am to 2pm or until capacity is reached.
If you need a passport within 14 days, an acceptance facility cannot help. You need an appointment at a passport agency (book through the State Department) with proof of travel.
All 27 locations
Walk-in locations are listed first, then by ZIP code. “Walk-in listed” means the State Department listing says walk-in service or no appointment required; “Appointment listed” means it says appointments are required (some list both, for example walk-in on certain days). Hours change, so call ahead.
